It's not copyright infringement. They're screenshots from a game. I'm not claiming to own them or anything and even specify that in the description. If I took a screenshot of a map I made in Halo and posted it here, would that be considered copyright infringement? No, it wouldn't.
Copyright infringement is taking someone else's art and claiming it's your own. Taking a picture of something is not copyright infringement. By your "logic", if I take picture of my tattoo and post it, it's copyright infringement. If I post a picture of a simple circle that my nephew drew, that's copyright infringement. And how about every single piece of commissioned artwork that's been posted here? Is that all copyright infringement too? The site might credit me with posting it here, but that doesn't make me the artist and I don't claim to be. Trying to say otherwise just makes you an ignorant troll.
